Fixes the vendor/ folder for php8.4, removed vendor/ from gitignore (as that breaks the vendor folder if you update composer, since only updated files get committed, not any new files)
fixes a few other PHP84 issues I found along the way
adds a performance fix in getPinpTemplate (extra caching)
