Addendum: this correction is about PPSA99600 only. On boykopovar/AnyPS5#3249 Amoenus reports (2026-10-11 08:56Z) that PPSA99902 (Sonic Unleashed Recompiled 01.003.000) stops at

Thanks, confirmed. Fixed in #27, now on
main.Cloud Play's eboot imports all nine, and none is implemented except getprogname, which boykopovar/AnyPS5#3347 added at 08:49Z, after your audit. #27 gives Cloud Play the chain #3249 → pr-1482 → pr-1841, so it counts as frontier for localeconv but no longer as one fix away. fnmatch, getservbyname and arc4random have no upstream issue or PR yet, so they're left out.
