fix(bridge): 长任务中延后自动更新重启，避免黑窗突然消失（0.9.83） - #497

MinerU/Docling/Pandoc 转换期间不 process.exit；更新改等任务结束再重启。 顺带让 mmproj image-min 补丁改为原地/流式写入，避免整文件读入内存。 Co-authored-by: Afra55 <afra55@foxmail.com>

转换进行中若桥自动更新完成，会
relaunchBridge()→process.exit+ Windows 下taskkill父 cmd，黑窗口直接没了。改动
/convert期间标记 busy，有任务则延后重启，任务结束后再 relaunch测试
node tools/scripts/ci.cjs→ 26/26 通过
