feat(bridge): MDM 导入 PDF 时桥窗口显示进度（0.9.81） - #495

上传阶段打进度；MinerU/Docling 兼容 \\r 进度条并 5s 心跳；Docling 去掉 --quiet。 统一桥入口也打印「→ MinerU/Docling/Pandoc」提示。 Co-authored-by: Afra55 <afra55@foxmail.com>

问题
MDM 导入 PDF 时，统一桥黑窗口长时间无输出，像卡住。
原因
\\r刷新，旧 tee 只认换行--quiet，几乎无输出改动
→ MinerU/Docling/Pandoc\\r进度 + 5s 心跳刷 pending 行--quietBRIDGE_VERSION0.9.81验证
node tools/scripts/ci.cjs→ 24/24 通过
