We ran into an issue where if the agent (Claude in our case) sent an email and realized there was an issue with an attachment, so it automatically resent the email. This could be problematic if you're sending one-off OTP emails via the MCP. Recommend that we instruct the agent to always provide a confirmation before sending an email.
