新版本安装失败

两个问题：

1、安装报错：

mv: '/usr/local/bin/cpu-limit.sh.tmp.66641' and '/usr/local/bin/cpu-limit.sh.tmp.66641' are the same file
运行脚本安装失败 / Failed to install runtime script

2、README 文档中的安装命令还是 Gitlab 的，下载了还是 2023 年的旧版本。
