what is the support status of SPDX 2?
(In some Telco locations, people still use SPDX 2 and migration to SPDX 3 is not yet considered - citing 1) complexity (relative to tool availability) and 2) human readability of JSON-LD serialization.)
Can one reasonably expect to see fix to SPDX 2.3 or minor additions that will be SPDX 2.4?
The fix/addition discussed here is minimal (or none) to the model change but more about regular expression fix, typo, schema fix, or few new enums, including ones in SPDX File Tag.
At least a one-line clarification of support status / roadmap / end-of-life timeline will be useful.
