Community Management/Manager Q3’2026

Q2 has continued to focus growing DeGov. We continued to support the community as needed along with education around DeGov. As a whole the group is working to support DeGov. The group focus is looking to change towards AI and its use to improve the Ring Ecosystem. Along with this focus change a funding change for the program is going to occur.

1.0 Objectives & Actions

1.1 RCG Development

• Supporting the growth of Degov.AI.
• Update the Weekly News that is being supported by June.
• Continue to strengthen our Ambassador program.
• Cleaning up our community channels and restructuring Discord for smoother communication.
• Strengthen the use of AI in the RingEcosystem.

1.2 Community Education

• Work with June to provide more educational content for RCG medium.
• Support the governance of RingDAO.
• Educating the community around DeGov.
• Continue engaging our community with the weekly Quizzes and help them to learn about Darwinia/RingDAO/DeGov.

1.3 Community Management

• Continue to interact with the community as needed to support them.
• Continue to maintain our communities to keep them free from scammers and other issues.
• Support the Ambassadors in the projects and ideas they want to see move forward.
• Engage the community to be more active in Darwinia/RingDAO/KtonDAO Governance.
• Work with the DeGov team to continue to grow.

1.4 AI Learning & Training

• CM and Ambassadors complete a structured ramp on Claude Code / Codex / Agent SDK usage.
• Publish at least one community-facing write-up per month documenting what was learned and how it is being applied.
• There will be a follow up temperature check to detail this further based on discussions with in the RCG team.

2.0 Funding Support

The Q3’2026 funding support is looking to move from being funded by the RingDAO Treasury to being funded by the Ring Ecosystem. Making this change will lower the burden on the RingDAO treasury. This funding is no more than 2500 USD/month. Here are the details.

2.1 Ambassador Program Monthly Expense

Up to 1200 USDT/month for 2 Ambassadors. Currently these two roles are handled by Saso and Laki and it is expected to stay this way till they decide to step away.

2.2 AI Learning Support

This is a new initiative within the Community Management program of RCG. The idea was proposed to support the team’s growth and understanding in using AI to better the Ring Ecosystem. This will be done by monthly funding grants for using AI with a budget cap of $500 USDT/month. These fund will be retroactive in that they will be paid with a monthly invoice submittal by the person wishing to use this support.

2.3 Community Manager Monthly Salary

800 USDT - This will include the continued purchase of 12 Discord Server Boosts. This keeps the server to Level 3 and allow us to have a permanent link to use on CMC and Coingeko.
