Problem and solution for NixOS

Current release fails to start on NixOS (using the current nixpkgs, it's their problem).

But it fails on a system keystore call and never retries - that's Anytype's problem.

I added an option to use file-based secrets instead of interactive and unreliable keystore, e.g., via SOPS-based. Works for me.
