A feature that allows editors to designate “alternate" reviewers who the system will automatically invite as the initial reviewers decline the initial round of invitations

This could be life-changing for our journals! Since so many reviewers decline or don't respond, it would save a ton of time sending individual reminders. Could this even go a step further and invite alternates after a certain time period of no response, like 2 weeks after the original send date?
