1.1.0 alpha 1 (testing only)

[nucleus-ffm]

This release adds several new features. As many requested an alternative to push notifications, this re-implements the option to choose the old polling method again. This also adds an experimental alert archive to store all previous alerts locally (disabled by default) and an experimental feature to receive alerts for the current locations (also disabled by default). Additionally, this fixes some small other issues.

As these are highly experimental features, testing is required to verify that this is working as expected.
