Cannot change E-Mail address

Describe the bug

Hello,
when trying to change my E-Mail address, i get the following error:

An error occurred
failed to check email: error sending request for url (https://api.neverbounce.com/v4/single/check): operation timed out

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in
2. Click profile picture
3. Click Settings
4. Click Account and security
5. Click Change Email
6. Enter new E-Mail address
7. Click Save Email
8. Receive Error

Expected behavior

Receive verification E-Mail on the new address to complete the process.

Additional context

The E-Mail provider is Mailbox.

I'm also having trouble linking my email. I tried creating an account, but I kept getting the error "Please try a different email address!" I tried three different email accounts. I created an account through GitHub, but I couldn't link an email in the account settings either.
