Statistics cuts for the aggregated statistic drawing (number of entries in bin, STD cut)

In RootInteractive, on-the-fly aggregation is possible. Sometimes, when statistics within the bins are too small, fluctuations can become too significant.

The ability to apply cuts on statistics should be incorporated for derived variables, allowing control through a spinner in the templates.
