Not able to delete assets not in use

I think we may be over-aggressive in not allowing assets to be deleted.
This project has some named and un-named assets in it as well as some assets that are not in use (tree, house) - https://makecode.com/_5zs4KkHAXHsk.

Even for the assets not used, I don't see the Delete button showing up...

This is a regression from prod, so should probably fix.

this is working correctly for me, i'm able to delete the tree in beta. the house is used (a disabled block still counts as being used)

Can you try something for me? Create a new asset through the Workspace (add it to a block). Then delete the block/asset. Now flip to the Asset Editor. Can you delete it? I think it may take some time...
