many subprocess relate to material as input/output and not objects or object aggregates (e.g. changing properties of material, hardening)

I suggest to remove the subclasses and create defined classes where needed

furthermore we need to better differentiate the classification criteria:
- How the process is performed (heat treatment, forming, irradiation, coating, ...)
- What effect or objective or output it has (hardening, softening, strengthening, stress relieving, ...)
- Sometimes specific industrial methods (carburizing, nitriding, quenching and tempering)
These should not be mixed in the asserted hierarchy!
