Fix the update, not the bot

When a Dependabot or Renovate PR needs a Java API migration, compiler fix, test adjustment, or compatible build change, the App prepares the smallest follow-up change without replacing the dependency bot.

Use the repository's checks

The App runs the existing Maven or Gradle wrapper, build, and tests. It does not silently add, replace, or weaken tests, analyzers, coverage rules, or dependency policies.

Keep every repair reviewable

A repair is published only when the bot PR still has the inspected head and a clean build passes. The App opens a draft PR against the bot branch and never auto-merges.

Skip failures it cannot prove

The App skips baseline failures, flaky checks, infrastructure outages, private repositories, and updates it cannot verify locally.
