Subject: [PATCH] [misc] CI control build: empty commit, tree identical to main
 -- ignore

Throwaway control for the pr-fastcheck stall seen on #1765 (builds #931, #932,
#934: every lane killed at +15:00 with exit status 2 and no output). This
commit changes nothing; its build isolates the runner from any PR content.
