CAFE5 run in large tree with large orthologs

Hello, I'm running the cafe with 60 species, which have 43000 orthologs generated by orthofinder. But I find it runs very slowly. I wonder if there is any way to accelerate the running speed? Thanks very much!

It depends a lot on what libraries you used to build it. Did you build it yourself or use conda or another build tool?
