extremely small difference between max and min counts issue

when I using cafe code
cafe5 -t phylogeny.txt -i Orthogroups.GeneCount.cafe.tsv -o CAFE_result -c 4,
no matter how small the "change in gene family size" values I use (even down to 5,4,3, which means maximum 3 gene differences in each family), the code always shows:
You may want to try removing the top few families with the largest difference
between the max and min counts and then re-run the analysis.
, is there any method to avoid it? I dont think the gene family duplication/loss lower to 1 or 2 make sense:

Your tree branches are extremely short. CAFE generally expects a tree branch length of 1 to be 1 million years, so there isn't much room for evolution there. You might experiment with multiplying them by 10 or even 100 - if that gives you a working lambda you can divide it back by the multiplier, but you should consult with your PI or another expert - not me - to consider whether the result makes sense biologically.
