When gnostic-models was duplicated out of gnostic, many of the tooling still lives in gnostic and it makes it hard to make changes to things like proto definitions without running the tooling within gnostic. Thus this is a standalone repo to import but not standalone for development. We should move this repo to be able to be developed separately.
