This is the same investigation as #460 — let's keep it there. Your log is from rc.1 (before the recent fixes) and shows a different failure than the one rc.4 addressed: the capture callback stalled, not a slow encoder.

Could you update to rc.4, reproduce, and post a fresh diagnostic on #460?
