I will bump the VERSION number to 1. I assume we're talking about the second integer in the s3d file? |

Just an FYI -- we have not pushed a new nightly build because of various minor issues. Should be ready soon. In any event, we changed the version number of the Smoke3d files from 0 to 1, which will be in place with the soon to be released minor release, FDS 6.11.0 |

There is a new nightly build with the proper version number in the Smoke3D file. Can you confirm that you can read it and work with it? |

The change appears to be working as expected. Thanks for the quick turnaround on this one! |

We're currently working on updating our smoke visualization based on the S3DD file / changes to the S3D file that are in the current nightly version. In testing I noticed that the header file for the S3D soot file was still using version number 0.
Would it be possible to see that version number incremented as a means to indicate the file data is soot density, rather than the alpha values associated with older versions of S3D?
