part7b_deployment RuntimeError: DMA Decode Error (invalid address)

I'm using an Alinx Zynq7000 XC7Z100 development board. In the project.tcl, I set the part to xc7z100ffg-2. After synthesis, IP generation, and bitstream generation, I encountered the following error when running part7b:
