* chore: migrate frontend canisters from asset-canister to static-site recipe

Swap the frontend recipe from @dfinity/asset-canister@v2.2.1 to
@dfinity/static-site@v0.3.0 across all examples, matching the change
already applied to hosting/oisy-signer-demo.

* ci: raise plugin compute limit for unity-webgl and godot hosting examples

The certified-assets sync plugin brotli-compresses the large Unity WebGL
and Godot HTML5 asset bundles, which exceeds the default 60s plugin
compute limit. Set ICP_CLI_PLUGIN_COMPUTE_LIMIT_SECS=300 (available in
the latest icp-cli) for these two workflows.
