no such file to load -- active_support/all #35

I just installed the latest version of json_builder (3.1.7) from RubyGems and when I included it in my app, I got the above error when trying to load the json_builder files.

I'm running Rails 2.3.2 which I believe is supported? Are there any other dependencies of which I am unaware?
