What is the practical difference between these two modes? From what I understand, for Player-Led LLDV to work properly, the sink (display) must support it, which means it has to support the specific color space of Profile 5. Without that, the colors for that profile will be incorrect. I probably experienced this because I was using LLDV spoofing with my HDFury Arcana, but my projector still doesn't support that color space. Is Player-Led HDR a remedy for this?
I have also this one concern. Does LLDV support mean that the sink is able to send its parameters needed for color mapping, like min and max luminance? A sink that does not support LLDV and DV in general won't send these to the player, so for color mapping, these parameters have to be provided. Am I right? Do I ### have to set them? If so, how can I deduce or, in my case, rather guess them?
