Retire the supporters page; forward it to the Contributor Logbook

Too many supporters now to draw on one spectrum. /supporters, .html and
.md 301 to contributors.aethersdr.com via _redirects; the page drops out of
the deploy, sitemap, and markdown routing, and links point at the Logbook.
