test: Add Playwright e2e tests for character detail view

- 10 e2e tests covering the PR #60 manual test plan: GSM-7 coloring,
  non-GSM red highlights, tooltip encoding/hex, keyboard a11y,
  multi-segment colors, whitespace display, collapsible section
- Playwright config with auto-serving docs/ via http-server
- Jest configured to ignore tests/e2e/, tsc includes only src/
- Remove legacy pr-55-review-notes.md (PR #55 already merged)
- Update CLAUDE.md with e2e commands, .gitignore with e2e artifacts
