Describe the bug
The mass unit in the units table $1.66053906660(50) \times 10^{-27}$ kg is the recent value whereas MDAnalysis has been implicitly using the older CODATA 2010 value
Since PR MDAnalysis/mdanalysis#5439 this now explicit in the API Units table $1.66053892103219×10^{−27}$ kg
Expected behavior
Units in the User Guide and in the library agree with each other
Actual behavior
User guide value in https://userguide.mdanalysis.org/stable/units.html#id1 differs from actual library value in https://docs.mdanalysis.org/dev/documentation_pages/units.html#id5
