Request: NOT Filter on Item Tags

It would be nice to be able to exclude items by a weapon tag, for example the Infuse tag

Could be activated through long-pressing the filter item? Or cycle through the filter type, such as 1 tap is =tag, the next tap is !=tag, then a third tap would be to reset and remove it from the condition?

I like @TheBrenny's idea as long as it's obvious that it's interactive. I suggest that when a filter is enabled, a small button would animate into existence before the filter title that toggles between "=" and "!".
