Deleting a MediaExcerpt used in a Justification causes a 404 on the target proposition's page redirecting user to the landing page

Also if I recreate an identical MediaExcerpt, the UI shows me that I just created it, but that it's Justification is older than it, and uses a MediaExcerpt older still.
