FOCUS Azure + AWS and PowerBi first start

I am approaching FOCUS as a first start on Azure and AWS to be able to report via powerBi to customer as a unified view. I am thinking to start with something like this attached to approach the request:
ETL-MultiCloud-Report-Specifications-draftV01.xlsx.

The idea behind is to collect all raw data on Azure storage account to start and then implement a pipeline if there is any limitation (expected for large consumptions) on direct powerbi connectors/sizes/single customer workspaces.

Do you have any advice or specific experience or link some practical documentation for setup architecture and use cases to share? Target should be large customers consumptions (around 50 accounts/subscriptions) and medium/small customers
