Condition::timedWait does not wait on early RHEL 6.1 versions

The unit test for issue #5 fails:

time > timeout - 1 failed (l.41): 0.095057 < 250

RHEL 6.1 seems to consistently deduct one second from the given time

Seems to be patched in a later revision of RHEL 6.1. Works on a system with

glibc-headers-2.12-1.47.el6_2.9.x86_64

but not on a system with

glibc-headers-2.12-1.25.el6_1.3.x86_64

Not our bug.
