Add specific type for networking ports

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Ports are currently characterized as being positive integers, but no boundaries are being checked (lesser than 65536), and no specific "label" is being attached (Port).

Describe the solution you'd like
Expose a method that allows to read environment variables specifically as networking port numbers.
