svg images are converted to png automaticly in 0.11.13

Current behavior

If I drag "Google_2015_logo.svg" into note, it won't show.

When I open the file "a4106358.svg", it is png format. I changed the extension and splash, and it works.

For jpg format, the image can show only by changing splash, but that jpg format image is also converted to png format acturally.

Expected behavior

Drag a SVG file, and show without format changing.

I can confirm this issue in 0.11.13 with all types of images including pngs.
OS: Windows 7.
Boostnote version: 0.11.13

Opened a PR for this funded issue: #3786

The fix preserves dropped SVG/PNG/etc. files instead of routing non-JPEG images through canvas, and it writes :storage/... markdown references with forward slashes so Windows drops render correctly.

Verified with the attachmentManagement Jest suite, touched-file ESLint, and git diff --check. Full suite/lint still have unrelated existing failures noted in the PR body.
