When foes quote you, you should not receive a notification

When a user (who is on your foe list) quotes you, you still get a notification. Would it be possible to first check if the user is on the foe list and then NOT send the notification?

Is it a feature request?
Quote notifications are sent by phpBB's core and not by this extension.

And as for the request, I assume that a new separate extension (or even bugfix into the core) would suit better.
