"Congratulations" Page on MCQ Completion

A simple page that opens on the completion of a MCQ practice test, displaying a congratulations message, similar to the screen visible at the end of an AP exam.

This page will feature custom art created by a Fivehive member. To start, first develop the page, then send a screenshot of the completed page to a team colead. If the page looks sufficient, the team colead will then send the screenshot to an artist, who will create the custom drawing. Finally, the drawing will be sent to you, and you can complete the PR.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Includes: Congratulations message, custom art, "continue" button
• The congratulations message should be randomized, with a few different possible options (just for fun!)
• The page should mesh correctly and cleanly with the existing MCQ component
• See if you can add some animated confetti (theres a library for that!)
• Make it look good, and make sure size scaling works correctly
