feature/idea - Whitelist (allow list)

While there is currently a blacklist for URL's, I would propose a Whitelist for the other side of the equation. My use case is this.
I am testing a set of resources, and I want to ensure the A.I./LLM does not go off task (despite other guardrails, HITL, etc. it eventually does) and hit other sites - an example would be an embedded ad or partner site in my target URL.
Therefor it would be useful to have a set of 'Allowed' targets, perhaps linked to the projects themselves that restrain what can be accessed and block all other.

Example
By whitelisting/allow-listing *.mysite.com
it automatically should exclude anything that does not match, such as Adtech.google.com
